LD 996, the MaineCare adult dental bill, and increases in MaineCare reimbursement rates, were both included in Governor Mills’ supplemental budget, passed by the Legislature before adjournment on June 30!! We are thrilled to anticipate substantial changes in access to dental care for all people in Maine. The coverage and the rate changes won’t be implemented until July 1, 2022.
